Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.
1. Shipping Zones & Rates
We proudly ship to all residential and business addresses across the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 4:00 PM GST or during the weekend will begin processing on the following business day.
Once your order has been packaged and handed over to our courier partner, you will receive an automated email or SMS containing your active tracking number.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms
To make shopping convenient, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across the UAE.
A standard AED 10 COD service fee applies at checkout to cover courier handling.
To ensure seamless delivery, our courier service will call or text you to confirm your location and availability before arriving. Please ensure your contact number is active and correct.
4. Delivery Attempts & Failure
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to three (3) times.
If you are unavailable or unresponsive after three attempts, the package will be returned to our fulfillment facility, and the order will be cancelled.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your package arrives structurally damaged during transport, or if an item is missing from your collection, please contact our support team immediately at support@abyssiniatrends.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged packaging.
